Package pricing includes Photography, Aerial Photography, a Floor Plan, and a 360 Virtual Tour . 360 Virtual Tours that are added to your MLS are picked up by Zillow and Realtor.com among others. The media included in this package is described below along with stand alone pricing for each. Combining these products into a package results in a 20% price reduction.

Virtual Twilight Photo

I offer 2 Virtual Twilight Photos for $25.00, and additional photos $10.00 each

For Virtual Twilight Photos we utilize a photo taken during the shoot during the day and use post processing to give it the appearance that it was taken at twilight.

Aerial Photographs

$150.00

8-12 photographs showing the sides, corners, NADIR(straight down) and photo of driveway /approach. We can also showcase the surrounding area.

Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and carry drone insurance when we are flying.

Floor Plans

Floor plans are an invaluable tool for communicating how the property “comes together”, helping to make buyers more comfortable with buying a property they haven’t viewed.

We can provide floor plans in traditional black and white, color, and 3D floor plans if requested. Floor plans can come either with dimensions that are approximate, or without dimensions.

Cost for a Floor Plan by property size:

0-2000 Square Feet – $75.00

2000-3000 Square Feet – $100.00

3000-4000 Square Feet $125.00

Virtual Tours:

360 Virtual Tour

We offer 360 Virtual Tours that allow your clients to “walk through” the property utilizing their computer of smartphone by clicking from spot to spot in the tour.

Note: when a floor plan is included in the order it will be included in the tour.

Cost for a 360 Virtual Tour by property size:

0-1,999 Square Feet – $150.00

2000-2,999 square Feet – $200.00
